Your questions

What is Endo Tightening Laser?

Endo Tightening Laser is a minimally invasive laser treatment that tightens skin and refines the jawline using a fine fibre placed just under the surface.

It delivers laser energy beneath the skin, which stimulates collagen and elastin while gently reducing small pockets of fat.

It is used on the jowls, jawline, under the chin, neck, nasolabial folds and fine laxity around the eyes.

Because it works beneath the surface, your consultation can focus on the one or two areas that matter most to you, and plan the treatment around them.

Who is Endo Tightening Laser suitable for, and who is it not suitable for?

Endo Tightening Laser suits adults with mild to moderate loose skin, most often along the jawline, under the chin and on the neck, and on selected body areas.

Body areas we treat include the knees, bra line, abdomen, upper arms, flanks and thighs.

If your skin laxity is more advanced, it may not be the right choice for you. Your consultation talks this through openly, and you are always welcome to leave without booking treatment.

Before any treatment, we ask about your health and treatment history. A consultation confirms suitability and rules out any contraindications.

Please let us know at your consultation if you have an active skin infection in the area, an autoimmune condition, take blood-thinning medication, or have had filler in your jawline or chin.

How many sessions will I need?

Many clients need only one session. Your Integra professional advises on this at your consultation, based on your goals.

Some firming appears within weeks, and the fuller effect develops over three to six months as new collagen forms.

How much does Endo Tightening Laser cost?

Endo Tightening Laser at Integra Aesthetics starts from £695. Face and neck areas range from £695 to £1,150, and body areas from £695 to £1,050. Your consultation confirms which area, and so which price, applies to you.

What is the downtime?

Downtime is minimal. Mild swelling or bruising may last a few days, and most clients return to normal life quickly.

What you might notice afterwards. Swelling is usually most noticeable in the first few days and then settles. The area can feel tender, or slightly firm under the skin, for a few weeks while it heals. Some people notice temporary numbness or tingling as the local anaesthetic wears off. You leave with written aftercare advice for the days that follow.

Endo Tightening Laser or dermal filler: which suits me?

Dermal filler is designed to restore volume where it has been lost; Endo Tightening Laser is designed to address loose skin.

If your main concern is skin that has loosened along the jawline or neck, Endo Tightening Laser may be the better place to start. If it is lost volume, for example in the cheeks, filler may suit you better. Some people have both concerns, so your consultation looks at which matters most to you before suggesting anything.

If you have had filler in your jawline or chin before, please mention it at your consultation, as it affects how Endo Tightening Laser is planned.

Suitability

Is it right for you?

Endo Tightening Laser may suit you if:

  • loose skin on your jawline, neck or body is your main concern
  • your skin laxity is mild to moderate
  • you want a plan based on an assessment, not a single treatment chosen in advance

It may not be right for you if:

  • Not suitable if you're under 18.
  • volume loss, rather than loose skin, is your main concern; another treatment may suit you better
  • your skin laxity is more advanced
  • you have an active skin infection in the area, an autoimmune condition, or take blood-thinning medication; please tell us at your consultation

Your consultation is there to work out whether Endo Tightening Laser is right for you. If it isn't, we'll tell you, and you are welcome to leave without booking treatment.

Questions clients ask

Does Endo Tightening Laser hurt?

A local anaesthetic is used, so the treatment is well tolerated, with only mild tenderness afterwards.

How long do the effects last?

Results typically last around two to three years, although this varies with age and lifestyle.

When will I notice a difference?

Some firming appears within weeks, and the fuller effect develops over three to six months as new collagen forms.

What are the risks?

The most common effects are temporary: swelling, bruising, redness and tenderness in the treated area. Less often, people notice temporary numbness, tingling or firm areas under the skin while it heals. Rare complications include burns, changes in skin texture and irritation of nearby nerves. Your consultation covers all of this before you decide anything.

What happens if something concerns me afterwards?

Contact us directly on WhatsApp, or call the clinic on 07506 884281. Your review appointment is timed to your treatment, typically around two weeks after, or around six weeks for PLLA.
