About Integra
Integra Aesthetics is a regenerative aesthetics clinic founded by Ian Walker and Abigail Marwaha in 2026, based in Binstead, Ryde, on the Isle of Wight.
Our approach
Integra works on one principle: every client starts with an assessment, and every plan is built around what that assessment finds. Some clients are suited to one treatment, some to a combination, and some to none, and the plan explains which and why. Regenerative treatments sit alongside advanced aesthetics and skin treatments, so the options are chosen for the concern rather than the other way round.

Co-Founder and Clinic Director
Abigail co-founded Integra Aesthetics and, as Clinic Director, has shaped its focus on regenerative skin treatments and long-term skin health. Abigail has worked in advanced skin treatments since 2021, when she gained her Level 4 qualification in advanced skin needling. She brings a careful, considered eye to visible ageing, skin quality and laxity. Her personalised plans draw on treatments such as CO2 and Endo Tightening Laser, RF microneedling and biostimulation. Abigail also leads the clinic’s private blood testing service. Her aim is simple: for every client to leave looking fresher, and still unmistakably themselves.

Co-Founder | Aesthetics Practitioner and Educator
Ian is an aesthetics practitioner, educator and entrepreneur with around ten years' experience across aesthetics, skin health and regenerative treatments. His work centres on biostimulation and regenerative approaches, with a consultation-led focus on skin quality, structure and facial balance rather than simply adding volume. His experience spans advanced injectables, collagen-stimulating treatments, and laser and energy-based treatments, chosen to support gradual, natural-looking change. Ian has spent around a decade teaching other professionals in aesthetics and permanent cosmetics, in the UK and internationally. At Integra, his philosophy is simple: understand first, treat second.
"My focus is understanding how your face is changing and choosing treatments that help you look refreshed while keeping what makes you, you."
Why Integra. We started Integra because we believe aesthetics should be about more than treatments, products and trends. We wanted a clinic that puts people, trust and education first, where every client gets honest advice. That means a focus on long-term skin health, regenerative treatments and natural-looking results, rather than quick fixes or treatments you don’t need. Above all, Integra is built on integrity: doing what’s right for the people we work with.
